All digital orders will be fulfilled and delivered immediately via email upon payment.
Please note that payments made with a Paypal e-check are held in the Paypal system for 3-5 days, and therefore cannot be processed by our system for immediate digital delivery. Items from such orders will be processed and delivered via email as soon as Paypal releases the hold on the funds.
Due to the nature of digital products, no returns or refunds are allowed on digital purchases. If you have any questions or issues with your order, please email hello@stationeryescape.com.
Stickers:
Free USPS First-Class shipping on all sticker orders mailed to the US! International shipping will be billed at our normal shipping rates. Tracking is not provided on sticker-only orders.
General Merchandise:
All other merchandise will be shipped via USPS at our normal shipping rates, and you will receive a separate tracking information email once the order has shipped.
We accept returns on brand new, unused items within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Made-to-Order Items:
Allow up to 7 business days for your custom item to be created before shipping. Items will be shipped via USPS or UPS, and you will receive a separate tracking information email once the order has shipped.
Made-to-order products are non-returnable except in cases of manufacturing defects. Please contact us within 5 days if there is an issue with your order.
