Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order! If for any reason you are not, we have a 30-day return policy on all products shipped from our store. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. 

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@stationeryescape.com - be sure to include your order number and the item information. We will respond promptly with further instructions and return shipping information. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital products, no returns or refunds are allowed on digital purchases.

Return Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. 

Damages and Other Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
